Atlas Hospitality Supply
Shipping and Delivery Information
How production, shipping, customs, delivery, inspection, and customer responsibilities are managed for hospitality orders.
Effective: July 2026
Commercial and delivery basis
Shipping and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately for each quotation. Orders may be quoted on an EXW, freight-inclusive, delivered, or other agreed basis. Only services expressly included in the quotation form part of Atlas’s responsibility.
Production and shipping timelines
For many custom and project orders, the normal production-planning basis is approximately 35–45 days after approved specifications or samples, official LPO or written order confirmation, and receipt of the agreed payment. This is a planning estimate, not a universal guarantee. Shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery time are additional unless expressly included.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate delivery details, site contact information, access instructions, unloading restrictions, storage requirements, and any required permits or approvals. Delays, redelivery, storage, demurrage, port, customs, or access costs caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability may be charged to the customer.
Inspection on delivery
The receiving team should inspect carton count, packaging condition, product labels, quantities, dimensions, visible damage, and conformity with the approved specification immediately upon delivery. Any visible shortage, damage, or discrepancy should be recorded on the delivery documentation and reported promptly with photographs and supporting information.
Delays and risk events
Atlas will make reasonable efforts to coordinate delivery but is not responsible for delay caused by carriers, ports, customs, authorities, weather, strikes, shortages, force majeure, customer approval delays, or other events outside reasonable control. Atlas will communicate material changes when known.
Storage and uncollected goods
Goods should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, and secure location. Where the customer delays collection or delivery after notice that goods are ready, reasonable storage, handling, insurance, or redelivery charges may apply, and the risk allocation will follow the applicable commercial documents.
Cross-border orders
For cross-border orders, customs classification, import permits, duties, taxes, clearance, destination charges, and consignee obligations depend on the agreed Incoterm or commercial basis. The quotation will state which party is responsible for each stage.
