Yes. Atlas coordinates products according to hospitality requirements such as room category, guest comfort, repeated laundering, product dimensions, firmness, fill weight, thread count, GSM, branding and project quantities. Final specifications are confirmed before quotation and production.

Atlas offers 100% Egyptian cotton bed-linen programmes including 240 TC, 300 TC and 400 TC specifications, with plain-white, white-stripe and custom options. Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases can be produced in standard or project-specific dimensions. Review the hotel bed-linen range.

The core Atlas bath-linen programme includes 100% Egyptian cotton hotel towels in 600 and 650 GSM, together with 900 and 1000 GSM bathmats. Selected towels and bathmats are also available in the cotton fibre's natural undyed light-beige tone. Alternative GSM, dimensions, colours, borders and branding can be developed subject to approval and minimum order requirements.

Atlas offers silicon-ball fibre pillows, memory-foam pillows, latex pillows and selected speciality-support options. Fibre pillows can be developed in 700 g, 900 g, 1100 g and 1200 g fill weights with soft, medium or firm comfort profiles. Atlas supplies terry and waffle bathrobes, together with spa and poolside textile programmes. Selected terry bathrobes are also available in natural undyed cotton with the fibre's original light-beige tone. Style, GSM, size, colour direction, embroidery, labels and packaging can be coordinated according to the approved hotel or spa specification.

Natural undyed cotton retains the cotton fibre's original light-beige tone because no colour dye is applied. Atlas offers selected 100% Egyptian cotton towels, bathmats and terry bathrobes in this specification as a warm and distinctive alternative to conventional white or dyed hospitality textiles.

Because the shade comes from the natural fibre itself, slight tonal variation may occur between production batches. This is part of the material's natural character rather than a colour defect. Availability, GSM, size, branding and minimum order requirements are confirmed in the quotation.

Yes. Atlas can coordinate custom widths, lengths, mattress heights, firmness levels, sheet dimensions, duvet-cover sizes, pillowcase sizes, towel dimensions and other project-specific requirements. The final product is manufactured against the approved specification rather than assumed retail sizing.

Yes. Depending on the product, branding may include embroidery, woven borders, custom labels, monograms, customised colours and branded packaging. Logo size, position, colour, stitch density, product construction and minimum order quantity are confirmed before bulk production.

Yes. Sample, fabric, embroidery, colour, finishing, dimensions, packing and other relevant details can be reviewed before bulk production, subject to the product and project arrangement. Full production begins only after the required specification or sample approval is completed.

Depending on the product, Atlas can coordinate dimensions, mattress construction, height, firmness, foam density, fabric composition, thread count, weave, towel GSM, white, custom-colour or natural undyed cotton specifications, embroidery, woven branding, labels, packaging and quantities by room category. To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide:

Yes. Atlas supports independent hotels, boutique resorts, villas, serviced apartments, lodges, new developments and larger hotel groups. Suitability and minimum quantities depend on the selected product, manufacturing process and level of customisation.

Minimum order quantities vary by product, size, colour, branding and manufacturing method. Standard specifications may have different minimums from custom colours, woven borders, embroidery or special packaging. The applicable minimum is confirmed in the quotation.

Not automatically. A quotation may be based on EXW, freight-inclusive or another agreed commercial basis. Shipping, duty, customs clearance, port charges, local delivery and installation are stated separately where applicable. Always refer to the final quotation for the exact price basis.

Payment terms depend on whether the order is standard stock, custom production or a project order. The required deposit, balance-payment stage, currency and release conditions are stated in the commercial quotation and order confirmation.

Production time depends on the product, quantity, customisation, sample approval and factory capacity. For many custom and project orders, a common planning basis is approximately 35–45 days after approved specifications, official LPO and the agreed payment. The confirmed lead time appears in the quotation.

Atlas can coordinate manufacturing, packing, documentation and agreed delivery arrangements to the property or warehouse. Freight, customs clearance, local transport, unloading and final placement responsibilities are confirmed for each project in the quotation.

Yes. Atlas supports hospitality projects across Zanzibar and East Africa. Feasibility, shipping method, customs responsibilities and local delivery are reviewed according to the destination, product volume and commercial arrangement.

Yes. Atlas supports new hotel developments, renovations and phased replacement programmes. We can review room schedules, product categories, quantities, custom specifications, samples, production, packing and delivery planning through one coordinated project process.

Selected Atlas mattress specifications are supplied with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The applicable model, warranty period, exclusions, care requirements and claim procedure are confirmed in the quotation and warranty documentation. Normal wear, misuse, unsuitable bed bases, moisture damage and failure to follow care instructions may be excluded.

It refers to selected high-performance 300 TC and 400 TC bed-linen constructions tested to withstand up to 800 commercial wash cycles under the approved laundering conditions. It is not a guarantee that every linen product will achieve the same result under any wash programme. Water quality, chemicals, temperature, loading, drying and handling all affect performance.

Follow the approved care instructions for the specific product. Chemical dosing, wash temperature, machine loading, rinsing and drying should be controlled. Excessive bleach, harsh chemicals, overloading and excessive heat can damage cotton fibres, embroidery, stitching and waterproof membranes.

The receiving team should count cartons and units, check labels and room-category identification, inspect visible condition, compare products with the approved specification and report shortages or damage promptly. Keep the quotation, packing list, approved sample and warranty documents available during inspection.
