Production lead times vary by product and order volume. Typically, mattress orders require 3–6 weeks from order confirmation, and linen orders require 2–4 weeks. Custom or branded orders may require additional time. We recommend contacting us early in your project planning phase.
How long does shipping to East Africa take?
Sea freight from Egypt to Zanzibar or mainland East Africa typically takes 3–5 weeks depending on routing and port conditions. Air freight options are available for urgent orders. We will provide a full logistics timeline with your quotation.
Customisation
Can I customise mattress specifications?
Yes. We offer fully customisable mattress dimensions, comfort layers, spring configurations, and fabric finishes. Minimum order quantities apply for custom specifications. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.
Can I add my hotel logo or branding to linen?
Yes. We offer embroidery, monogramming, and custom weave programmes for bed and bath linen. Branding options include logos, property names, and custom colour specifications. Minimum order quantities apply.
Warranty
What warranty do your mattresses carry?
Our pocket spring and Bonnell spring mattresses carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Foam mattresses carry a 3-year warranty. Warranty terms are provided in full with every order.
Does the warranty cover commercial use?
Yes. All Atlas mattresses are specified and warranted for commercial hospitality use, including high-occupancy hotel environments.
Sampling
Can I request samples before placing a full order?
Yes. We offer sampling for both mattresses and linen. Sample availability and lead times vary — please contact us to arrange. Sampling fees may apply for custom specifications.

Can you support urgent or last-minute orders?
